Agile Coach (temporary contract until August 2027)

München
Full-time
Permanent employee

What you'll do

The ideal Agile Coach for Snke is an open, approachable, and passionate people enabler who thrives on coaching individuals and teams to grow. You bring strong empathy, curiosity, and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse stakeholders.

You don’t just apply agile practices, you actively shape mindsets and behaviours. You recognize that while teams may already understand agile principles, real impact comes from continuous coaching, addressing underlying challenges, and guiding lasting change.

With your experience in software delivery, you support teams in improving both technical excellence and collaboration across organizational boundaries. You are comfortable addressing difficult situations, including attitude and mindset differences, and help teams move towards a more constructive, solution-oriented way of working.

You are self-reflective, aware of your own development areas, and actively engage with the Agile Coach Community to continuously grow your coaching craft.

As an Agile Coach at Snke OS Core, your primary focus will be to enable sustainable team performance through impactful coaching:

  • Act as a hands-on coach to teams and stakeholders, focusing on removing systemic roadblocks and enabling smooth collaboration across divisions
  • Identify and address behavioural and mindset challenges, helping teams evolve towards shared ownership, accountability, and trust
  • Foster strong cross-team and cross-division collaboration, breaking silos and aligning ways of working
  • Support teams in building healthy, resilient team dynamics through continuous coaching and facilitation
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, leaders, and team members to understand organizational pain points and guide meaningful change
  • Help teams move beyond ceremonies to true agile maturity, embedding principles into daily work

What we're looking for

  • Degree in a technical field or 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence mindset and behaviour
  • Experience in resolving team impediments beyond the surface level, including organizational and interpersonal challenges
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills, with confidence in addressing sensitive topics
  • Strong observation, reflection, and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices (e.g., TDD, pair programming)
  • Commitment to high quality standards in medical software development
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

We also welcome motivated Agile Coaches with less experience who are passionate about developing their coaching skills and growing within a successful, international environment.
