As IT Security Manager at Snke, you will take ownership of our corporate IT security landscape and help strengthen the foundation for our continued growth. You will combine hands-on security operations with strategic initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a secure, scalable and compliant environment.

- Own and continuously improve vulnerability and patch management across the organization.
- Manage and enhance security controls within our Microsoft ecosystem, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Defender XDR and Intune.
- Lead operational incident response activities, including investigation, containment, recovery and evidence preservation.
- Coordinate and oversee the performance of our external SOC and security service providers.
- Drive identity and access management processes to ensure secure and compliant access to business-critical systems.
- Support risk assessments, audits, certifications and security investigations in close collaboration with the ISMS function.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Help build and secure the IT infrastructure of newly integrated business units and environments.
- Support infrastructure, cloud and network projects with security expertise and pragmatic solutions.
- Review and assess new technologies, platforms and cloud services from a security perspective.
- Act as a trusted advisor for security-related topics across the organization.
